Return/Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of the product and health regulations at this time we do not accept returns nor do we issue refunds. However if we have made an error on your order we will accept a return and correct your order for you. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL STATE AND PACKAGING!
Shipping:
Processing times can take up to 1-5 business days for our main collection hair and processing time for RAW hair can take up to 14 business days. Once your order is processed we will then ship the product in 24 hours. Once the product has shipped you will receive a tracking number to locate your package. Products shall be received within 5 business days, Unless you have selected another delivery option. Any orders placed after 4:00pm will be considered the next business day. If you are in the area we will provide pick up options!
Out of Stock items:
If you have placed an order and the item is currently out of stock, we will contact you Via Email immediately. We will offer you a substituted item to meet your requirements. If the suggested product does not meet your needs, we will issue a full refund!
Undeliverables packages/ Incorrect Address:
We advise that you make sure the address you use is correct. For we are not responsible for lost packaging due to wrong information given. We use USPS as our shipping method and a signature will be required! Please be available to receive your package!
